Is 2020 the end of the decade or is it the start of a new decade? Depends on who you ask. The inarguable fact is that time is moving on and you only live once! So take excellent care of you. Here are tips to help you make some easy therapeutic lifestyle changes
- do some physical activity each day, set a starting goal of 15 minutes daily, it doesn't matter if you get a chance to leave the house or not
activities such as going up and down the stairs at a rapid pace, carrying some degree of a load up and down the stairs, vacuuming at a brisk pace, yoga at home, you don't have to be an expert at yoga to gain the benefits of performing yoga on a regular basis. Take your dog for a walk. Your physical activity goal should be at least 45 minutes daily or for at least 5 days of the week.
- Monitor your nutritional intake, find a way to keep track of everything you eat each day, your daily caloric goal on average should be < 2000kcal/ day,
- drink lots of water,
- remove unnecessary stresses from your life,
- strive to be healthy and happy!
