As a new semester begins, college students may face added pressure from classes, schedules, and increased responsibilities. Taking time to manage stress in healthy ways can support both mental and physical well-being.

This school year, remember to prioritize healthy stress management. Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your grades.

Happy International Dog Day! 🐶❤️

Here’s to the floofs, the good boys and girls, the sidekicks, the therapy pups, the zoomies experts, and every tail-wagging best friend who makes life better just by existing.

Whether they’re curled up next to you, chasing a ball, or stealing your heart (and sometimes your socks), dogs remind us every day what unconditional love looks like.

Give your pup an extra treat, a longer walk, or a big hug today. They deserve it. 🦴🐾

Tag your favorite doggo below. Let’s fill the feed with good boys and girls!
