One of the most common goals our patients share with us during their first visit is simply wanting to pick up their kids or grandkids without pain.

For J.M., that was his exact goal when he first walked into our Westbank clinic. Severe back and shoulder pain was making it hard to even stand up straight, let alone lift his children. Working closely with our Westbank team, he turned that goal into reality. Today, he’s back to moving normally and holding his kids completely pain-free!

Success looks different for everyone. For some, it’s returning to volleyball or training for a marathon. For others, it’s working in the garden or sleeping through the night without aching joints.
