🚧 Progress UPDATE 🚧 : We're getting closer! 🛠👷Roof replacement/repair is moving along, now closer to the far end of the building.

🌿 And, courtyard landscaping is ready for installation as soon as the roof is complete — we want to be sure that our new plantings have a successful start 💕 🍃

🎪There’s always something exciting happening at Bay Bluffs! 💙😁 We’re still smiling after our annual Carnival Day last week! Our residents, visiting families and Harbor Springs summer camp kids all had a wonderful time enjoying sweet treats, temporary tattoos, a bouncy house, games and lots of fun with family and friends.

We loved welcoming a special visit from Poppy, our resident puppy, and the creative talents of Jania the Balloon Lady, too! 🎈🐶

Thank you to everyone who helped make this a fun-filled day of smiles, socializing and memories! 💕

👷 🛠 We're Making Progress! 🚧 Our roof and courtyard projects are making great progress, helping address longstanding needs. And, we're creating an even better environment for our residents and families! 🍃🚧

🥰 Thank you for your patience and support as these projects move forward. We're proud to be good stewards of Emmet County millage funding for our roof replacement, while our courtyard renovation is being made possible through the generosity of donors.

🚧 Excuse Our Mess! 🚧 Bay Bluffs is making important investments in our future with several underway this summer:

🏠 Roof replacement
🤖 Technology upgrades
🌳 Courtyard renovations (pre-renovation photos here)

While some projects may temporarily impact parking and other operations, these improvements will help us better serve our residents and community for years to come.

💕 Thank you for your patience as we work to repair our roof, address longstanding leaks and create an enhanced courtyard space for residents and families to enjoy.
