Qing Ming
Pure Brightness
The Chinese calendar is divided into 24 seasonal periods. Qingming, the fifth of the 24 solar terms, falls on April 5 this year. It is a time to honor ancestors and embrace the renewal of spring. The sun is noticeably brighter and stronger despite the lingering snow and cold, signaling warmer days ahead! Perfect time to start something new
Kansha Shiatsu
The healing method of Kansha Shiatsu was developed from the recognition that Kansha – gratitude – is the source of our healing power.
We'd like to invite you to our upcoming Kansha Shiatsu class, a transformative 6-week series designed to help you not only assist others but also nourish yourself! This class is open to all levels of massage experience.
Kansha shiatsu is a beautiful way of sending positive energy and facilitating adaptation in our bodies. In this class, you'll learn the basics of both prone and supine forms and meridian stretches. We will trace the 12 meridians using acupressure, balancing body, mind and spirit. Aubrey will be sharing his 30 years of experience, join us on this journey of healing and discovery!
We will meet on Saturdays from 9-12:30 beginning May 2. Registration is required, view class schedule and sign up here! For questions please contact Aubrey, text or call 802-839-6449
