👀 Watch this space closely: I'll be posting more here very soon. In the meantime, I just wanted to share that I'm proud to have my cozy, healing office in Hardwick and to be part of the Hardwick Downtown Partnership.

There are so many great businesses and things to do in Hardwick. Whistle Emporium, The Cork & Fork, The Galaxy Bookshop, Buffalo Mountain Food Coop, Front Seat Coffee, The Village Restaurant, The Civic Standard, Raven's Nest , Positive Pie in Hardwick, and many more!

My office is tucked away on the second floor of the historic Hardwick Inn, pictured below many decades ago. But other than the color (now a sunny, cheery yellow) and newer cars, the place still looks mostly the same. 🙂

New studies out describing the anatomical interface between cerebrospinal fluid and the lymphatic system, as well as how the brain clears waste, including the amyloid protein implicated in Alzheimer's disease, from the brain during sleep.

Craniosacral therapy helps harmonize cerebrospinal fluid flow and lymphatics, and thus has a direct impact on the so-named "glymphatic system" by which the brain maintains its health.

The brain appears to rely on synchronized waves to wash out waste products, including toxins associated with Alzheimer's disease.
