My name is Kimberly Miller, and as a Family Nurse Practitioner, I started Front Porch Medical to meet my patients where they are. As a lifelong resident of Harlan County, and a RN for 30 years, I have seen the hardships for patients throughout our county and I hope to fill that gap by coming to you, whether via Telehealth or an old fashioned house call.

Front Porch Medical will be closed Monday, August 17, and Tuesday, August 18, as Kim takes time to be with her family as they welcome a precious new granddaughter into the world. 💕

Please Note:
🩸 Patients with scheduled blood work appointments/etc. will still be seen as planned.
📞 Our staff will also be available to answer phone calls and assist with scheduling during this time.

Please note the following pricing for our Medical Ma*****na Certification services:

• Initial Certification: $150
• Annual Renewal: $100 (required yearly)

Medical Ma*****na Certification is a separate service and is not included with regular office visits.

This service is cash only. Insurance cannot be billed for these evaluations.

We hope everyone has a safe, fun-filled holiday spent making memories with family and friends.

‼️ Just a reminder: Our office will be closed all day tomorrow so our staff can enjoy a long holiday weekend with their loved ones. We will reopen with normal business hours on Monday.
