Today's monthly all-staff meeting was transformed into an interactive Safety Fair and Patient Handling Skills event. Staff and management joined forces to sharpen their skills, share knowledge, and strengthen our commitment to keeping both residents and team members safe. Learning, collaboration, and a little fun made for an incredible day of growth and engagement. Together, we're better!

Today we took a trip down memory lane as we shared some of our happiest memories. From childhood adventures and family traditions to special milestones and treasured moments, the stories brought plenty of smiles, laughter, and meaningful conversation! It was a wonderful reminder that some of life’s greatest treasures are the memories we carry with us.

Dear EC 2026 graduates, "donut" underestimate how much we appreciate you! As a way to celebrate National Donut day, our residents shared donuts and smiles with some of our staff who graduated this year. Many of our graduates will be working through the summer and then continuing their health care journey pursuing higher education. We're proud to have you be part of our team!

🧀🍷 Cheers to National Cheese Day! Today we enjoyed a delicious wine and cheese tasting featuring cheddar, pepper jack, and Colby Jack cheeses paired with peach wine, Moscato, and red wine. It was a wonderful afternoon filled with tasty treats, great conversation, and plenty of smiles. Happy National Cheese Day!

Happy National Bike Day! 🚴‍♀️ Our residents are gearing up for RAGBRAI by putting in some practice miles. After a great ride, we made sure to stop for some much-needed hydration before hitting the road again. Way to go riders!
