We are so glad Ralph chose to make Elm Crest Assisted Living his new home! One of the reasons he chose us was the peace of mind knowing that if he ever needs additional care, he would have priority for our rehab services. He wanted to feel confident that if he were to experience a fall or need rehabilitation in the future, our nursing and therapy teams would be here to support him.
Ralph also loved knowing that we offer in-house therapy services, making it easier to receive the care he needs right here at Elm Crest.
We are excited to have Ralph as part of our Elm Crest Assisted Living family and look forward to helping him stay healthy, active, and independent for as long as possible!

We finished up our dietary services week by celebrating our staff with some treats and a soup bar. Thank you. dietary staff for serving our residents.

Ruth came to Elm Crest for Skilled Rehabilitation following her shoulder replacement surgery. Before her procedure, she reached out to make sure we had an available spot for her recovery. Having stayed with us before, she knew firsthand about the wonderful therapy services we provide!
Ruth enjoyed her second stay with us just as much as the first. She shared how great the therapy team was, how much she loved our nurses and CNAs, and how clean everything was throughout her stay.
Today, as Ruth headed home, she mentioned receiving lots of goodbye hugs from our staff! Those special connections are what make Elm Crest feel like family.
Ruth, thank you for choosing Elm Crest once again for your rehabilitation needs. We loved having you here and wish you the very best as you continue your recovery at home!

We asked our residents this question and got so many different answers! From special memories to meaningful life experiences, it was so much fun hearing everyone’s unique perspectives and the stories behind them. 🥰 Every answer was a little reminder that everyone has a story worth sharing and memories worth cherishing. ✨

Sometimes, the best conversations come from simply asking a question and taking the time to listen. ❤️
