Desiree’s Spa & Massage is looking for a friendly, professional, dependable, and highly organized individual to become the welcoming face of our award-winning spa! 💙

Our front-desk team plays an important role in creating a warm, luxurious, and five-star experience for every guest who calls or visits us.

Key responsibilities include:

✨ Warmly greeting and welcoming every client
✨ Answering phones and scheduling appointments
✨ Explaining our services, products, and spa information
✨ Processing payments and maintaining accurate bookings
✨ Keeping the front-desk area & Boutique clean and organized
✨ Supporting the team in creating a five-star guest experience
✨ Receiving, checking in, and organizing merchandise
✨ Assisting with additional duties assigned by management

We are looking for someone who:

✨ Has excellent communication and customer-service skills
✨ Is organized, dependable, and able to multitask
✨ Is comfortable using computers and booking systems
✨ Maintains a polished, professional appearance
✨ Brings a positive attitude and team-oriented spirit
✨ Respects client privacy and confidentiality
✨ Has front-desk or customer-service experience—preferred
✨ Available to work Saturdays
