I get asked often - in fact someone messaged me last night! “Why have you chosen Juice Plus for 10 years?”

So I thought others may wonder as well…so here ya go! Here’s my response 🤗

Even when we do our best to eat well as a family, it is just impossible to eat the 7-13+ servings of fruits and veggies we need every day. A serving is a fistful! 🤜🏼 God created our bodies to thrive when we fuel it well! So, we know we have a gap and we choose to bridge that gap with the absolute best whole food source! Research based & proven! We continue to do our best to eat the variety, quantity and quality every day and we have such peace of mind that the gaps are filled in the absolute best way possible! 🙌🏼

Also, even when we are trying our best to eat well, we have to keep in mind that our food supply is very depleted. Our soil is depleted. So, the produce we get at the grocery is just not nearly as nutritionally dense as it was 50 years ago.

They are also so many pesticides and herbicides … and tons of other toxins on and in our foods along with the toxin load from our environment continuing to rise. We have so much oxidative stress on our cells every day. We need to flood our bodies with as many phytonutrients - plant nutrients - as possible every single day to protect our cells and regenerate healthy cells. 🙏🏼

10 years and going strong for our family and the easiest one guaranteed healthy habit that I do every day for myself at the cellular level!

I am always here to help you make the shift for you and your family! Comment below or message me!💃🏽🍏🥦🫐🍑🍋🥬🍒🥭🍆🥒🌶️

Blend Capsules 🍎🥦
Our turning point toward a health and wellness focus occurred in 1993 when we introduced the Juice Plus+ Fruit and Vegetable Blend capsules. Even at that time, a growing body of scientific evidence was demonstrating that eating a wide variety of fruits and vegetables is essential to a healthy diet and lifestyle. Juice Plus+ responded to that need with a simple and convenient product to help people bridge the gap between what they should eat, and what they actually do eat, every day.

-1996
First Research 🔬 Published

-1999
Healthy Starts for Families 👩🏻🧑🏻‍🦰Begins
Known at the time as the Children's Health Study, this program gives parents the opportunity to take Juice Plus+ and provide their kids (or nieces, nephews and grandchildren) the option to join at no cost for the product. Participants answer a periodic survey to see how the program has impacted their lives.

I’m so excited to be partnered with a company that figured out how to put fruits + veggies into capsules, powders, and even chewables.

It’s called Juice Plus+ — have you heard of it?

I call it my nutritional seatbelt

Why? Because...

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Feeding my family a variety of produce every day is HARD.

⏰ We’re constantly on the go — grandkids, work, life.

⚕️ I’d rather be proactive with our health than reactive.

So yes — we add concentrated plant powders to our routine to help bridge the gap between what we should be eating and what we actually eat.

Feeling our best starts on the inside.

If you’re curious or want to learn more, let’s chat. I’m happy to share what’s working for us.
