Thank you to all of our patients for your understanding during this frustrating phone/internet issue. We have worked with Comcast for over 2 years trying to get everything straight and we have run into one issue after another. Due to lost calls/messages and service interruptions like this, we have been actively working on switching companies. Today has was the last straw. We are so truly sorry for the frustration over their services. Our phones should be up and running with a new phone service tomorrow. Thank you again for your patience while we have worked so hard in fixing a service with Comcast that just doesn’t seem to be fixable.

Our phones and Internet just went out at both of our locations. We are working with our carrier to get it turned back on. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience! We are aware that the phones have been an issue for a LONG time and have unsuccessfully come up with solutions with our current carrier. As a result, we are switching phone companies tomorrow and hopefully this won’t happen again!!! In the meantime, we are working to get our system back up and running today.
