One day, countless ways to focus on wellness 💙✨

The 3rd Annual Wellness Fair at Ecumenical Retirement Community was a day packed with fun, learning, and community connection! Hosted alongside students from Dauphin County Technical School, the event featured something for everyone.

From vital checks, nutritious snacks, and stretches to manicures, hair dos, dental education, crafts, fire safety tips, and even walker and wheelchair washing and decorating, every station offered a chance to learn something new or enjoy a little self-care.

A huge thank you to the students and everyone who helped make this year’s Wellness Fair such a success. We’re already looking forward to next year!

On D-Day, we pause to remember the courage, sacrifice, and bravery of those who served during one of history’s most pivotal moments. Their strength changed the course of history and continues to inspire generations.

Today is a time to honor their legacy, reflect on the freedoms we hold, and ensure their stories are never forgotten.

Green thumbs on the move! 🚌🌱

Our Connections memory care residents at Country Meadows of Bethlehem took a fun trip to Lowe's on Thursday, May 14, to hand-select the perfect plants for our campus raised garden beds. 🌸🏡

We love a good field trip, especially when it involves horticultural therapy! Digging into gardening is fantastic for lowering stress, boosting spirits, and sharpening cognitive function.

We can't wait to show you the final results once everything is planted! Stay tuned! 👀👇
