And this is where my brain went after the whole thing…

I’m a psychic medium and I’m VERY intuitive. I didn’t feel like this man had malicious intentions at all.

But the energy of it was so fu***ng weird.

It almost felt like he was just strolling along, saw a woman working out and recording herself, and thought, “Well, I’ll just take a seat right here and watch.”

Like… why did it feel like he felt entitled to?

And then I started thinking about the male vs. female dynamic.

If a woman wheeled herself over, positioned herself directly in front of a man, and just sat there watching him work out…

Wouldn’t that be fu***ng weird too?

I feel like most women would immediately recognize that they were invading his space.

So it really made me wonder:

Does a woman being visible, confident, dressed cute, or filming herself somehow get interpreted as an invitation to have access to her?.

But the whole experience left me looking around like…

7. I’m a su***de-loss survivor ×2.
I lost both my brother and my sister to su***de. So yes, mental health matters deeply to me. I don’t believe spirituality fixes everything, and spiritual bypassing? Absolutely not. 👎

8. I’m a mama of five, and no, I don’t gentle parent.
My youngest is autistic. We’re all pretty fu***ng sparkly in this house, and I believe there is so much more to a human being than a diagnosis.

9. I say “f**k” a lot.
It’s my favorite word. And yes, I even say it with my kids. Sorry, not sorry.

10. I have a VERY specific sleep situation.
I sleep every night with socks and a fan noise machine right next to my head. The socks are for comfort. The fan noise is for my ADHD brain. And because, like I said, I’m a psychic medium and spirit likes to wake me up in the middle of the night… so I need that s**t LOUD.

11. I believe in BOTH spirituality and science.
I don’t think everything has to fit into one neat little box. I’m curious about what we know, what we don’t know, and what may have been omitted or left unexplored. Again, I question everything—including myself.

12. I am not religious, but I do believe in God and I am probably going to ask you something way too deep way too soon.
Because I genuinely want to know who you are beneath the surface.

They’ll show me what they’re doing, how they’re traveling, memories you shared together, and how they’re still supporting you.

They’ll show me how you grieve them.

Whether you talk to them, have a ritual for them, keep something of theirs close, or simply think about them when you need them.

They’ll even show me the ways they’ve been trying to communicate back with you.

And sometimes, they have opinions.

I’ll be channeling their energy and receive my own psychic insight or guidance, always with the intention of serving your highest good, and then I’ll hear them come through with their own perspective.

Sometimes it’s literally, “Nope. That’s not it.”

And I LOVE that.

Because it reminds me that I’m not just connecting you with a generic message.

I’m connecting with someone who has their own personality, sense of humor, opinions, relationships, and way of loving you.

And one of the most beautiful parts of this work is helping you realize that you can build your own relationship with spirit, too.

You can learn how to notice the signs.

How to communicate.

How to feel their presence.

How to continue that relationship in your own way.

My hope is never just to give you an answer and send you on your way.

It’s to help you feel more connected, supported, and empowered in your own relationship with spirit.
