Keep listening…Here are 5 ways to listen to your intuition👇
1. Start with small decisions especially in the morning
When you wake up, take a minute before you reach for your phone or start your day. Slow your breath. Drop into your body. Ask yourself what you actually feel like you need today. This is how trust is rebuilt.
2. Learn your body yes and body no
Tightness and contraction in the body usually means no. Expansion, flow, and ease usually means yes. Let your body lead before your mind explains things.
3. Pause before you decide anything
Even a few seconds of being present helps you feel what your body is communicating instead of rushing past it.
4. Notice where you override yourself
Pay attention to the moments you say “I knew that” after the fact. That’s your intuition speaking that you didn’t act on.
5. Separate anxiety from intuition
Anxiety is loud, fast, and spiraling. Intuition is usually a deep knowing , and steady even when it feels uncomfortable. I go deeper in my trainings about some nuances with this one.
