I started out wet rendering, and after years of trial and error, I now mostly dry render. It's been a journey of learning what works best and continually improving our process.

I'd love to tell you I'm an expert at rendering tallow, but the truth is, I'm always learning. Every batch of beef suet is a little different, so occasionally I still run into challenges. That's just part of working with a real, natural ingredient.

Making handcrafted products require patience, experience, and a willingness to keep learning. Every batch teaches me something new, and that knowledge helps me create better products for your family.

We have decided to stay with our summer hours.

We have to be transparent, so here it goes….
Business has been slow all around for us. I’m sure this is just a season and it shall pass, but in the meantime, we have decided to continue to be open 4 days a week. We will be staying later as we had shortened our days but this is also dependent on how business goes.

We have been in business for 5 years ( brick and mortar for 2) and I know the seasons pass. Please hang in there with us as we navigate this tough season.

We are praying for all of you who have been impacted by the inflation of utility bills as well as the food and gas prices. Thank you for all of your support 🥰
