As we head into Fourth of July, we are thinking of our friend Beckett and honoring him with another eye safety glasses giveaway this holiday season!

Two years ago, Beckett was enjoying fireworks with his family and friends here in Harrisburg when a firework malfunctioned and sent a spark into his eye. The road that followed included numerous appointments, surgeries, and challenges. Through it all, he and his family have shown incredible faith, strength, and resilience. Beckett’s story is an important reminder that even without foul play or irresponsibility, tragedy can occur and life can be changed in an instant. Today Beckett wears a prosthetic eye, an infectious smile, and a vivacious spirit that is so fun to be around.

His story continues to be close to our hearts, especially for Dr. Lauren, whose grandpa also lost vision in one eye following a similar childhood accident.

Although eyes are not our specialty, our love for our patients and this community transcends simply caring about teeth. In honor of Beckett and Grandpa Philip, please stop by our office and pick up a pair of FREE safety glasses for yourself and your family. Both adult and child sizes available, available during business hours now through Wed, July 1st.
