“I accept that others are committed to a version of me that isn’t true.”

Allow that to sit for a minute.

Now breathe in your integrity, breathe out judgement.

Breathe in your dignity, breathe out projection.

Breathe in your intention, breathe out assumptions.

It doesn’t matter who can’t see you, who doesn’t seek to understand you, who doesn’t actively listen or show curiosity to you.

Sometimes the stories people tell themselves fit their stories to appease themselves and the world around them. And sometimes, when it’s an authority figure or a group leader it will affect the whole group.

Sit in who you are and witness the energy around you. If it’s receptive, reciprocal, curious, compassionate and kind, your body and intuition will discern and maybe feel safe there. It’s your choice where you land. Make sure the root chakra has a safe foundation to build alignment on.

And when it doesn’t, allow yourself to grieve, then transmute and come back to love and peaceful alignment within yourself.

You are enough and worthy. Opinions never change that. Ground in all that you are where a story remains just that, someone else’s story.

Irrigate your garden, it’s you who has to turn the handle to let spirit, love and all things divine in. It’s all ready in you. It’s time to remember.
