I must agree...

🌺 Today’s Herbal Treasure: Hibiscus 🌺

Bright, beautiful, and naturally caffeine-free, hibiscus is loved for its vibrant ruby-red color and pleasant tart flavor, similar to cranberry.

Enjoy it hot or iced by steeping 1–2 teaspoons in hot water for 5–10 minutes. Tip: Hibiscus pairs well with herbal teas, lemonades, and mocktails, adding both bold color and fruity flavor.

Hibiscus is rich in antioxidants, and refreshing to drink especially during the upcoming summer months due to its cooling properties. It is safe for adults and older children to drink however if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications for blood pressure or blood sugar, check with your healthcare provider before use.
