If you have ever left a doctor’s appointment feeling rushed, dismissed, or like just another number on a chart, we want you to know something: you are not alone, and healthcare was never meant to feel that way.
Welcome to Life Adjusted Chiropractic.
We built this practice for Central PA families who are craving true health care instead of sick care. A place where you are greeted by name, your maternal instincts are honored, and your whole family is treated with unhurried warmth.
That is why we are called Life Adjusted:
Not back adjusted. Not pregnancy adjusted.
Care for every single chapter of your life.
We do not offer quick fixes or symptom patches. We believe your body was created with the innate ability to heal itself from the inside out. Our team of doctors is simply here to give your spine and nervous system the gentle alignment it needs so you and your children can thrive naturally.
Whether you are pregnant and preparing for birth, holding a brand-new baby, or searching for a trusted healthcare home for your whole household, you belong here.

✨Our Fall Food Drive is back! We will be collecting food and pantry items in both offices from now until November 13th.

🍁 Last year we donated 156lbs of food to New Hope Ministries. We are so proud of how our practice members showed up for this cause and hope to donate even more this year!

🦃 If you feel called to go above and beyond in your giving, they are currently accepting Turkey donations at their facilities! *We will not be accepting turkeys in our offices.

🎉 This week’s wellness patient spotlight is the Peterson Family!

Bethany started coming here for prenatal care and soon realized that wellness for her whole family was important to their overall health.

Whether it be cold season, ear infections or bumps and bruises from sports, you and your children will benefit from adjustments.

Thank you Peterson family, for trusting us with your care! 🤗

✨ Patient Wins: The Power of Active Care

September is Patient Appreciation Month, and we love celebrating the big milestones and wins that our patients experience during their care plan! 💛

These wins come from patients who are still actively going through care — and that’s exactly why we wanted to share them.

To all of our patients currently putting in the work: we see you, we appreciate you, and we’re celebrating your wins right alongside you.

Thank you for trusting us to be part of your health journey. 💛
