The nervous system is amazing and it is the most essential part of our body!
Come to our next Spinal Workshop, "Half Hour to Health", and learn more about the nervous system, how it works and how to better take care of it to prevent neck and back pain, as well as how to maintain a healthy spine and nervous system.
Topics that will be discussed are: sleeping habits/positions, bending/lifting, footwear, and water intake.

Did you know you can't be stressed and in a state of gratitude at the same time? Those emotions activate different pathways in the brain. They can't happen at the same time.

Stress anxiety worry all activitate our stress response. Some people know that as "flight or fight" or a sympathetic response. Stress keeps us in survival mode.

Gratitude activates our rest state or parasympathetic system. This is where healing happens. It is also where we can think clearly and use more logic and reasoning versus responding emotionally.

This week we're handing out gratitude stones for our patients to remind them about always staying grateful.
