We're excited to welcome Patricia Morris, AEMT to the NARMC Therapy Services team as our Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Technician!

Patricia brings more than a decade of experience in emergency medical services, along with extensive expertise as an EMS and American Heart Association instructor. Her passion for patient care, education, and compassionate service makes her a wonderful addition to our team.

Please join us in welcoming Patricia to the team and read more about her below!

"I am a Hyperbaric Technician at NARMC with more than 10 years of experience in rural emergency medical services. As an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT), I spent over a decade serving communities in rural Utah, where I developed a passion for patient care, education, and helping others.

In addition to my EMS background, I have been an EMS Instructor and an American Heart Association (AHA) Instructor for more than 10 years, helping educate and prepare future healthcare providers. I also served for many years as a Pediatric Emergency Care Coordinator (PECC), where I worked to improve pediatric emergency preparedness and patient outcomes.

Outside of work, I enjoy writing, reading, fishing, and learning something new whenever I can. I believe there is always an opportunity to grow, and I enjoy sharing knowledge and experiences that make a positive difference for both my coworkers and the patients I serve."

Did you Know? With Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) available at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center, patients have access to advanced treatment that delivers 100% oxygen in a pressurized environment to support the body's natural healing process. By increasing oxygen to damaged tissues, HBOT can help treat chronic wounds and a variety of other conditions, promoting healing from the inside out.

As we continue expanding our services, we remain committed to bringing advanced, evidence-based care close to home for the communities we serve.

Toshia brings a wealth of experience in pediatrics, with a background in education followed by years of providing school-based speech therapy services. Her knowledge, compassion, and dedication to helping children communicate and thrive make her a wonderful addition to our team.

"I've lived in Boone/Newton counties my entire life. My husband and I have one daughter, and our little boy will be joining our family in October. I have a master's degree in education and taught within the surrounding area schools for nine years until I graduated from Baylor University with a master's in communication sciences and disorders. I have worked in the wonderful world of speech pathology for almost six years and absolutely love helping children find their voice. I look forward to serving the community in a larger way by being here at NARMC Therapy Services and helping connect even more families through communication."

Please join us in welcoming our newest Therapy Tech, Cailey Sharp, to the team!
Cailey has a genuine heart for helping others and is passionate about seeing both our therapists and patients succeed. As a Therapy Tech, she plays an important role in keeping our clinic running smoothly and efficiently while providing support wherever it's needed.
We're excited to have her positive attitude, dedication, and compassion as part of our team. Read more about Cailey below!

"Hi, I’m Cailey Sharp. I’m a graduate of Valley Springs High School and earned my CNA certification through North Arkansas College. My husband and I have been married for seven years, and we have three amazing children: Aspen, Brantley, and Oaklyn.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my family, whether we’re exploring, playing, or simply enjoying time together.
I previously worked as a CNA in the ICU at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center before joining Therapy Services as an Outpatient Therapy Technician. I truly enjoy being part of each patient’s recovery journey and seeing the progress they make through therapy. Watching patients regain strength, confidence, and independence is what makes this work so meaningful to me."
