Our mission is to make sure our Hospice House accommodates all families, big and small. Treasures like this is what keeps our place feeling like home.

Hospice House Pantry Needs

The Hospice House is in need of pantry items to support the families and visitors of residents. Due to health regulations and convenience, we can only accept individually wrapped items. Large bags, cooking ingredients, canned or boxed items, or items requiring preparation cannot be used. Here’s a list of what we need:

Candy
Cookies
Snack cakes
Crackers
Chips
Flavored creamer for coffee (we have plain)
Brand name Kleenex

This Fourth of July, we celebrate the freedoms we enjoy and honor the brave men and women who have served our country.

At NARMC, we are grateful to our veterans and active-duty military members for their courage, dedication, and commitment to protecting our nation. Your service continues to strengthen our communities and make a lasting difference.

As you celebrate Independence Day with family and friends, we hope you’ll take a moment to recognize those who have made our freedoms possible. From all of us at NARMC, thank you for your service, and have a safe and happy Fourth of July!

We warmly invite you to our Annual Hospice Memorial Ceremony.

This gathering is a time to honor and celebrate the lives of those we were proud to care for throughout 2025.
It is a true privilege to walk alongside each individual and their loved ones and to offer comfort and compassionate support along the way. We are deeply thankful to the families who trust us with such meaningful moments.

Today, our team from Hospice of the Hills had the privilege of spending time at our local Boone County Senior Center for their Health Expo.

We were able to connect, laugh, and simply be present with members of the community that we’re honored to serve. Whether it’s at the bedside or out in the community, people always come first.

Did you know, our Director of Hospice and Home Health, Thomas Pepler, RN, continues to provide hands on care to our patients. His level of compassion, experience, and dedication flows through our entire team. We’re so grateful for Thomas and his commitment to our patients.

We also want to extend congratulations to our basket winner, Wanna Faye Maddox. She was already making plans to use her new basket by stocking up on yarn!
