Got any good T words for Morgan’s Tuladandasana? We’re wrapping up the balancing series of the Hot 26&2 sequence with this dynamic stretch. It’s a short one but packs a punch! The first one-legged balancing pose of the Hot 26&2 sequence and final pose of the “warm-up” it’s a great way to prep your joints for the work ahead and get your headspace dialed in for the upcoming balancing series! Let’s warm up the legs and really turn on the concentration! Awkward Pose is the 3rd pose in the Hot 26&2 sequence and it has 3 parts that will strengthen the muscles and joints of the feet, legs, hips, and spine. It’s great for efficient blood circulation through the legs. Try it! Get awkward!

The 2nd posture in the Hot 26&2 sequence is Hands to Feet Pose. You’ve stretched your body and spine to each side and backwards in Half Moon and now it’s time to go forward with Padahastasana. With upper body and legs together, slowly the spine lengthens ⬇️ while the hips lift ⬆️ and legs straighten more and more using arm strength to create a real good stretch!
