When I started Shenandoah Yoga, I never really thought about whether it would still exist 20 years later. I simply wanted to offer more yoga opportunities to people in and near Harrisonburg, and what a fun two decades it’s been since our first class on July 17, 2006!

Shenandoah Yoga wouldn’t be what it has been without all of you, and I’m grateful for your support over the years. To say thank you, anyone who signs up for and attends a yoga class happening between now and the end of July will receive a free class (limit one free class per person & your free class will be available in your account for you to redeem after August 1).

One of the things we love most about summer is being able to practice yoga together outside, and we’re stoked about our Outside Vinyasa Yoga on Wednesday mornings @ 8 am on the back patio of Shenandoah Bicycle Company. Space is limited, so be sure to sign up by 9 pm the night before each class to save your spot. BYO mat and any props (blocks, straps, etc.) that you’d like to use during class.

Can’t make it Wednesday mornings? No problem — you can join our Online Hatha Yoga Class each Monday at 5:30 pm.
