Sometimes, things don't turn out how we expected. It's a normal part of life, and it happens to everyone at some point.

It's ok to be sad or mad when this happens, and it's important to pay attention to how your internal voice responds.

Do you immediately blame yourself?
Do you go into "fix it" mode?
Do you spiral and convince yourself that everything is ruined and will never get better?

These can be signs of unhelpful ways of thinking.

Therapy can help identify and untangle these thought patterns, and teach you new and healthy ways to cope when things don't go as planned.

Save this for the next time your thoughts get too loud and you need a reminder that you aren't alone 🩷
