AUGUST 30 — NATIONAL GRIEF AWARENESS DAY
Grief has no set schedule, and it looks different for every person. It may feel especially heavy around birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or during quiet everyday moments.
On National Grief Awareness Day, we remember to extend patience, compassion, and support to those carrying the loss of someone they love.
A call, a shared memory, a listening ear, or simply saying their loved one’s name can mean more than we realize.
No one should have to walk through grief alone.
