Before we knew it, our newest visitor had earned herself a name...Autumn! 🍂🐾

A sweet little wayward cat recently wandered onto the Transitions Healthcare Autumn Grove campus, and of course, we welcomed her with the same compassion and care we show every day.

We believe caring isn’t reserved just for those with two legs. Whether they’re residents, visitors, or furry friends in need, kindness is always part of the treatment plan. ❤️

Until Autumn finds her forever home (or reunites with her family), she’s receiving plenty of love, attention, and admiration from our team. We think she picked a pretty wonderful place to stop and rest her paws! 🐱🍁
