Honored that Harriott Home Health Services, as part of the Greater Hartford Street Medicine Collaborative, received the David R. Kennedy Community Champions Award from the CT Coalition to End Homelessness.

Proud to stand alongside Charter Oak Health Center, Hartford HealthCare, Connecticut Harm Reduction Alliance, and Hands On Hartford in bringing healthcare, compassion, and human connection directly into communities across Greater Hartford.

When Hands on Hartford approached us about partnering on this initiative, saying yes was never a question.

Together, we continue working to support individuals experiencing homelessness with dignity, trust, and care. 💙

This program is designed for Hartford residents age 60+ who may need temporary assistance due to illness or disability, so they can maintain independence and avoid unnecessary institutional care.

Honoring Dr. Daniel Hale Williams this Black History Month ❤️🏥

A pioneering surgeon and hospital founder, Dr. Williams performed one of the world’s first successful open heart surgeries in 1893. He also established Provident Hospital, one of the first in*******al hospitals in the United States.

His work reshaped medicine and expanded access to quality care.
