Our team had the opportunity to connect with students and families at Classical Magnet School , where Charter Oak Health Center proudly provides in-school behavioral health services. Wow… we are truly honored. 💙

Charter Oak Health Center is proud to have been awarded the David R. Kennedy Community Champions Award during the Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness’s 23rd Annual Training Institute yesterday.

This recognition celebrates more than our work—it highlights the power of partnership in serving individuals experiencing homelessness across Hartford. We know that connecting clinical care with supportive services is a critical step in the right direction for the population we serve.

This award belongs to the incredible providers across our city who come together every day to make a difference.
