Community Health Services Community Health Services, Inc. (CHS) is a private nonprofit 501 (c)3 FQHC in Hartford, CT.

Services provided at CHS include Adult Medicine, Pediatrics/Adolescent Medicine, Behavioral Health, Dental Care, Optometry, Podiatry, Social Services, laboratory services and Arrow Pharmacy, all on site.

Our 2025 Christmas Toy Drive has recently concluded with resounding success! CHS was able to provide gifts to more than 200 children and hundreds of families in our community. Santa ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐ŸŽ„ and Mrs. Claus ๐Ÿคถ were on hand to greet the children and their families, making the day even more special.

What an amazing time we had! We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our dedicated Outreach Team, all of our staff and volunteers, and our generous community supporters.
