A successful man isn’t defined by what he owns, but by how he leads, loves, serves, and grows. Your greatest legacy won’t be your accomplishments, it will be the lives you impact. Success isn’t about having more. It’s about becoming more.

Remember: Men, looking good on the outside is great, but feeling good on the inside matters even more.

Take care of your mind, your heart, and your body. As summer arrives, stay hydrated, drink plenty of water and prioritize your well-being.

Healthy inside=Strong outside. 💙

June is Men’s Mental Health Month, a reminder that taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body.

Strength is not found in suffering in silence. It is found in recognizing when you need support, prioritizing your well-being, and making your health a priority.

Exercise, proper rest, healthy relationships, and open conversations all play a role in helping us thrive.

This month, let’s encourage men to invest in both their mental and physical health. A healthy mind and a healthy body are essential for living a full and purposeful life.

As we observe Mental Health Awareness Month, I hope that each of us will intentionally take moments to pause, reflect, and pursue the healing that begins within. In a world that often moves too fast and demands so much, it is easy to overlook our own emotional well-being while caring for everyone else.

Healing is not always about fixing what is broken; sometimes it is about learning to extend grace to ourselves, acknowledging our struggles, and giving ourselves permission to grow. It is found in honest conversations, meaningful connections, moments of rest, acts of self-compassion, and the courage to seek support when needed.

No matter where you are on your journey, remember that healing is not a destination but a process. Every step toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and hope matters. The scars you carry do not define you, they tell the story of your strength, perseverance, and survival.

This month, may we prioritize not only our physical health but also our emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. May we create spaces where people feel safe to share their stories, seek help without shame, and discover that they are not alone.

Be kind to yourself. Give yourself room to heal. And remember: growth often begins when we choose to care for our minds and hearts as intentionally as we care for everything else.

Had an amazing time at the first Alumni Highlight Event at Hartford Public High School. It was truly an honor to be recognized alongside so many incredible HPHS alumni. Even more special was connecting with current students and walking the same hallways that hold so many memories.

Celebrating together reminded me that once you’re part of “The Pub,” it stays with you forever. You can’t rock the Pub!

Today our family is filled with pride as our son, Nicholas, graduated with his Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from University of Saint Joseph!

Son, mom & dad are beyond proud of you and this incredible academic and professional achievement. Your hard work, perseverance, compassion, and dedication have brought you to this moment, and we know this is only the beginning of all that God has planned for your life.

With God by your side and the love and support of your family behind you, you can accomplish great things. Go out into the world, serve others with compassion, and be a blessing to everyone you encounter.

We love you and celebrate you today and always! 🎓❤️

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. This is a time to remind ourselves that mental health is just as important as physical health.

Behind so many smiles are silent battles. Behind strength, there are often stories of struggle, resilience, and healing.

Be mindful to check in with yourself and with those around you. Start the conversation. Break the stigma. Seek support if you need it, and offer it when you can.

Healing is not a straight line, and no one should have to walk it alone.

Your mind matters. Your story matters. You matter. 💚
