Heritage Lake Country is a state-of-the art community, offering a full continuum of care.

Lake Country community, which opened in March 2017, is Heritage Senior Living’s 14th senior living community in Wisconsin. Heritage Lake Country includes 45 independent living apartments, 16 assisted living apartments, 27 enhanced assisted living apartments and 36 memory care suites. The 125,000-square-foot community also features contemporary amenities, including: three dining rooms, a relaxing library, private dining room, movie theater, a fitness center and therapy pool, beauty/barber shop, a pub with a pool table and a bistro.

Our Art Gallery Fundraiser was more than an opportunity to admire beautiful artwork—it was a chance to celebrate the creativity of our residents while supporting a cause that is close to so many of our hearts. Every piece on display told a story, and seeing residents, families, friends, and team members gathered together made the evening even more meaningful.🫶🏼

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, donated, and helped make this event such a success. Your generosity and support will help the Alzheimer’s Association continue its important work, and we’re proud to be part of that mission.

Together, we’re creating brighter moments, honoring those impacted by Alzheimer’s, and proving that art has a wonderful way of bringing people together. 💜🎨
