AI is everywhere—including in conversations about mental health. 🤖🧠
It can be helpful for learning, reflecting, and finding information, but it’s important to remember that AI is not a substitute for a mental health professional or a clinical diagnosis.
Mental health symptoms can overlap, and understanding what’s really going on requires more than checking a list of symptoms. A therapist can look at the bigger picture—including your history, experiences, environment, and how symptoms are affecting your life.
💭 Use AI as a tool for information—not as your diagnostician.
If you find yourself repeatedly searching symptoms or asking AI to tell you “what’s wrong with me,” that may be a good sign to bring those questions to a qualified mental health professional instead.
