Hailey Bulman is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping children build confidence and develop the communication skills they need to thrive. She attended Loyola University Maryland for both her undergraduate and graduate degree and has experience working with children and adolescents across a variety of communication needs, including speech sound disorders, language development, social communication, and pragmatic language skills. Hailey takes a warm, individualized approach to therapy and believes that children learn best when they feel comfortable, supported, and engaged. She incorporates each child’s interests and strengths into therapy to create meaningful and motivating experiences while working closely with families, teachers, and other professionals to support carryover beyond the therapy setting. Outside of her work as an SLP, Hailey enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and thrifting. She is excited to support each child and family on their communication journey!

Hi! My name is Isabella. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from the University of Massachusetts Amherst before going on to complete my master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at William Paterson University. What excites me most about this field is the opportunity to help individuals find their voice, build confidence, and make meaningful progress toward their communication goals. I love getting to know each client and creating a supportive, encouraging environment where they can thrive. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends, trying new coffee shops, and going for walks outside.

Marie had the opportunity to educate members of a local senior community about Parkinson’s disease and its impact on speech and communication. 💚

As an SLP, she shared practical strategies to help individuals with Parkinson’s stay connected, confident, and heard.

So meaningful to have one of her patients there supporting her! 💚

🎉 4 years of All 4 Therapy! 🎉

We can’t believe it’s been four incredible years of showing up for our kiddos and their families. From our very first day to now, it’s been built on an amazing team that pours their hearts into this work every single day. 💙💚💛

Grateful for every laugh, every milestone, and every “aha” moment we’ve celebrated together. Here’s to many more years of growth, connection, and making a difference, one child at a time.

4 years of change, growth and gratitude ❤️

Four years ago, we stood outside our very first office holding the keys, a vision, and a whole lot of excitement (and maybe a little bit of “what did we just do?!” 😂).

We had no idea what the next four years would bring.

Today, we look back at that moment and realize just how much has happened since then. We’ve grown from a dream into a thriving pediatric therapy practice, expanded our team and services, created a space we’re incredibly proud of, and most importantly, had the privilege of supporting so many amazing children and families. 💚

And now, four years later, we’re standing in our office holding an award recognizing All 4 Therapy as the Best Private Practice in Passaic County for the SECOND YEAR IN A ROW. 🏆

That feels pretty surreal.

To every family who trusted us, every child who has walked through our doors, every therapist and team member who has helped us grow, and everyone who has supported All 4 Therapy along the way….thank you.

This journey has been bigger than we ever imagined when we first held those keys.

Four years down. And we’re just getting started. 💚🎉
