๐ A Heartfelt Farewell to Rachel ๐
Itโs hard to put into words just how much Rachel has meant to Haskell Memorial Hospital over the past 11 years.
As our Laboratory Director, Rachel has been a constant source of leadership, wisdom, and compassion. She has poured her heart into this hospital, our laboratory, and the people she worked alongside every day. Whether helping a coworker through a challenge, mentoring staff, or ensuring the highest level of care for our patients, Rachel always led with grace, kindness, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
But beyond her accomplishments, what we will remember most is the person she is. Rachel has been a friend, a mentor, a cheerleader, and a steady presence for so many of us. She has celebrated our successes, supported us through difficult times, and helped create a workplace that feels more like family.
We will also miss the creativity and joy she brought to our workplace, especially during Halloween! Rachel always found a way to make things fun, bringing smiles, laughter, and unforgettable memories with her creative costumes, decorations, and festive spirit.
While saying goodbye is never easy, we are incredibly excited for Rachel as she begins this new chapter in Alabama alongside her husband, Jason, as he pursues his residency. Their journey is one filled with love, sacrifice, and new opportunities, and we couldn't be happier for them.
Rachel, thank you for every early morning, every late evening, every lesson taught, every encouraging word, and every life you've touched along the way. The impact you've made here cannot be measured, and your presence will be deeply missed.
Though miles may separate us, you will always be a part of the HMH family. We wish you and Jason endless happiness, success, and blessings as you embark on this exciting adventure together.
Please join us in wishing Rachel all the best as she starts this new chapter. โค๏ธ
