This month, barrel racers from across the region will gather at Double J Equine for the Money Mondays Buckle Series. This month-long indoor competition series featuring youth, novice, peewee, and open divisions. It all starts with exhibitions and open arena time, before the fun pics up with the 7:30 pm evening draw. Riders compete for cash payouts, points, and end-of-series buckle prizes across multiple classes throughout June. So come on out for a great show and cheer on our riders at the Money Mondays Buckle Series.

Summer reading returns to Rieger Memorial Library with this year’s theme, “Unearth a Story.” Readers of all ages can participate through Beanstack by logging books and activities from home. Then earn prizes throughout the summer. Throughout the summer enjoy a full schedule of dinosaur-themed events. Enjoy live presentations, get creative with crafts and so much more with activities designed for children, teens, adults, and families. Prize pickup begins June 1, and everyone who completes the challenge will be entered into grand prize drawings.
The summer kickoff event, Picnic in the Park, takes place June 6 at 11 a.m. with games, hot dogs, and community activities sponsored by the Friends of Rieger Memorial Library. Don’t miss out on your chance to join the summer fun with Rieger Memorial Library.
