Andrus on Hudson AOH is a caring organization fostering the wellbeing, dignity, quality of life for elders.

Nestled within 26 beautiful acres overlooking the scenic Hudson River in Hastings-on-Hudson, Andrus on Hudson, a not-for-profit, has been meeting the needs of adults for over 70 years. Our high-quality rated community in Westchester County has ALL private rooms.

• Post-Hospital Care
When medical care provided in a hospital is no longer necessary, but inpatient rehabilitation and clinical care are

needed, we provide inpatient services and care focused on returning the patient home.

• Long-Term Care
We offer an inviting, homelike community combined with a focus on a high quality of life and high-quality care.

• Memory Care
We have a Memory Care unit that specifically caters to many types of cognitive impairments and allows residents an enhanced quality of life.

We ended the last summer month with a wonderful staff barbecue hosted by our Employee Appreciation Committee (EAC)! 🎉

EAC was created to plan and host events for our amazing AOH team — giving our staff moments to feel acknowledged and seen for their hard work. Thank you to the committee and everyone who helped make it happen. 💛

Summer may be winding down, but our residents made the most of every sunny moment! From Hawaiian-themed celebrations complete with leis and shaved ice, to leisurely Benedict Breakfasts in our beautiful Solarium, to backyard BBQs on our patio — this season was full of joy, community, and good weather.

We're so grateful for the laughter, connection, and sunshine shared by our residents and staff. Here's to a season well spent! 🌺🍳🌭

Our Employee Appreciation Committee treated the Andrus on Hudson team to a delicious ice cream social this afternoon — perfect timing to cool off during this week's heatwave!

Our amazing staff had a blast building their own custom ice cream creations, piled high with all their favorite toppings.

Nothing like a sweet treat (and a little team spirit) to brighten the day. 🍨✨

It is such a pleasure to honor the incredible team members who make Andrus on Hudson the special place it is. Today's luncheon was all about YOU — the dedicated individuals who have given 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 35+ years of compassionate service to our residents and community.

Your commitment, your care, and your years of dedication do not go unnoticed. Every milestone you've reached represents countless lives touched, hands held, and smiles shared. 💛

Our residents enjoyed a special Memorial Day meal — complete with live entertainment right at their tables.

The menu was a hit: BBQ ribs, three‑cheese mac and cheese, apple cider & honey coleslaw, homemade cheddar pimento & scallion cornbread, cherry pie, and fresh lemonade.

Rave reviews all around for our Food Services Department!
