🎉 Celebrating 10 Years of Compassionate Care! 🎉
Today, we're proud to recognize Catherine "Bubba" Feaganes, CNA at Haida Nursing & Rehabilitation, as she celebrates 10 years of dedicated service!
After spending 15 years as a school bus driver caring for children, Bubba followed her passion for helping others by transitioning into healthcare. Since joining our team, she has built meaningful relationships with residents and their families, treating each person with the same love and compassion she would her own family.
Outside of work, Bubba enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren, fishing, relaxing, and working on puzzles.
When asked what she'd like to share with our community, her words perfectly reflect the heart of caregiving:
"To the residents – We love you like our own. To the families, we care deeply for your loved ones. We laugh and cry with them daily. To my coworkers, good patient care takes all of us, and a kind word goes a long way. To the community – This job is hard work. Look past the uniform. Elder care is vital and honorable work."
