We are looking for caring and trustworthy individuals to join our Hastings team. We have Full Time and Part Time available, wage is negotiable based on experience.

Our Caregivers will plan and follow a daily care schedule with resident modified care plans as prescribed by medical professionals and report on those daily. To succeed as a Caregiver you should be patient, empathetic and have strong people skills. You should also be observant and committed to making your client feel safe and comfortable.
Caregiver Responsibilities could include:
*Assisting with personal care, which may include bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
*Following a prescribed healthcare plan, which may include assisting with exercise and administering medication.
*Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks.
*Providing mobility assistance may be required, for example helping the client in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair.
*Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.
*Planning fun weekly activities such as games, exercise groups or arts/crafts.

✨🧠 Today our residents had such a fun time playing “Remember Them” – a game where we share photos and clues of famous people from their younger days, and everyone guesses who they are!

The room was full of laughter, friendly competition, and wonderful stories as memories came flooding back. 💬💖 It’s amazing how a simple game can spark so much joy and connection.

We love seeing our residents light up with excitement when they recognize someone from their time! 🥰
