Pelvic floor therapy can help strengthen and retrain the muscles that support the bladder, uterus, and bowel.
Often times therapy can improve symptoms without surgery or medication.

Pelvic floor therapy may help with:

• Urine leakage when coughing, sneezing, laughing, or exercising
• Sudden urges to urinate
• Frequent trips to the bathroom
• Pelvic pressure or heaviness
• Pelvic pain
• Recovery after pregnancy and childbirth

Our providers can help determine the cause of your symptoms and discuss treatment options that fit your needs and lifestyle.

You do not have to plan your day around the nearest restroom or avoid activities you enjoy.

Talk with your provider at Obstetricians & Gynecologists, PC to learn whether pelvic floor therapy may be right for you.

Today we recognize the incredible impact of blood donors and the lives they help save every day!

In women’s healthcare a safe and reliable blood supply can make a critical difference when unexpected complications arise.

💡 Did you know?

• One donation can help multiple patients in need
• Blood transfusions can be lifesaving during severe pregnancy and delivery complications
• Women who donate blood should pay attention to maintaining healthy iron levels
• Every donation helps strengthen the healthcare system for our communities

To everyone who gives blood, thank you. Your generosity helps provide care when it is needed most!

This World Blood Donor Day, consider donating if you are eligible. A single donation can make a lasting impact. ❤️

Today as we celebrate National Cancer Survivors Day we proudly recognize and celebrate our own Shelly Meyer, Medical Assistant, at Obstetricians & Gynecologists, PC.

Shelly is a survivor of Stage 3 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma.

Her story is a powerful reminder of the importance of early detection, support systems, and never giving up hope.

Yearly mammograms remain one of the most effective tools for the early detection of breast cancer.

Changes such as a new lump, skin dimpling, ni**le changes, or persistent breast pain should never be ignored.

Finding a cancer early can lead to more treatment options, less aggressive treatments, and improved outcomes.

Cancer changes lives, but it does not define them!

We celebrate Shelly, along with all cancer survivors whose strength shines as a beacon for others facing similar battles.

For years our mission has been simple: provide exceptional care for women and families throughout Central Nebraska.
As our practice continues to grow, we are excited to share that we are building a new home designed with our patients in mind.

This move means more than a new building.

It means greater comfort with modern, welcoming spaces.
It means improved access as we continue serving women from Hastings, Grand Island, and communities across the region.
It means room to grow so we can meet the needs of more patients and families.

It creates opportunities for future services and expanded care as we continue investing in women’s health for generations to come!

While our address may change, what matters most remains the same.

The providers you trust.
The compassionate care you expect.
The commitment to being here for you.

We cannot wait to share more details as construction continues.

Stay tuned.

Something new is coming!

June is Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month

Many women notice changes in memory, concentration, or mental clarity in times of hormonal transition; especially during perimenopause and menopause.
While occasional forgetfulness can be a normal part of aging, maintaining brain health is important for long term wellness!

Ways to support brain health include:

• Prioritizing quality sleep
• Staying physically active
• Managing blood pressure and cholesterol
• Eating a balanced, nutrient rich diet
• Staying socially connected
• Challenging your mind through learning and new activities
• Discussing persistent memory concerns with your healthcare provider

At Obstetricians & Gynecologists, PC, we are committed to supporting your lifelong health and wellness.

If you have concerns about memory changes, brain fog, sleep difficulties, or menopause related symptoms our team is here to help!

What an incredible morning at the Half Hastings Run celebrating determination, perseverance, and community spirit.

Obstetricians & Gynecologists, PC was proud to sponsor and volunteer at a water station along the course.

A special shout out to our very own Brandy Rogers!

Today, she inspired us in a different way by setting a wonderful example of perseverance, wellness, and family support.

Thank you to the Half Hastings organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and every runner who laced up their shoes and showed up. Your dedication helps make our community stronger, healthier, and more connected!

We are grateful to be part of a community that supports wellness, family, and healthy living.
