It’s that time of year again… Dakota County Fair! 🎡🐄🐑

Good luck to all the 4-H’ers… AND their parents! 😉 I know firsthand how crazy, busy, and FUN this week can be!

A quick office update: Dr. Emily will be out of the office Thursday as she’ll be at the fair supporting her kids. Dr. Scott will be seeing her patients that day.

Dr. Emily will be here regular hours Monday and Wednesday this week.

What do I make as a chiropractor? 🤍

I make the first months a little easier.
I make growing bodies more resilient.
I make moms feel supported.
I make pregnancy more comfortable.
And I help people get back to doing what they love. ✨

After 15 years of practice, I can confidently say that the most rewarding part of being a chiropractor isn't what I "make"—it's the people I get to serve, the families I get to care for, and the lives I get to be a small part of along the way.

This family has been patients of ours for 10 years this month! Wow—how time flies! 🥹
Over the years, chiropractic care has supported them in staying active in sports and activities, performing at their best, managing stress more easily, supporting a strong immune system, and maintaining their overall health and well-being.
This family is such a joy to care for and to have the privilege of watching grow over the past decade. I am so grateful for their trust and so thankful to be their chiropractor! 💙

💚 High fives for healthy habits... and happy tummies! 🙌

This sweet 4-year-old came to our office struggling with constipation. After beginning chiropractic care, his mom shared that he's now having regular bowel movements—and we're celebrating right along with them! 👏

When the nervous system is functioning well, it helps the body communicate more effectively with every system—including the digestive system.

Seeing smiles like this (and getting a celebratory high five!) is one of the best parts of what we do. 🤍

BETTER SLEEP! 😴✨

When Hazel first started care in our office, one of Mom's biggest concerns was her frequent nighttime waking. As many parents know, a lack of quality sleep can impact every part of life—not just for little ones, but for Mom and Dad too!

We're excited to share that Hazel is now sleeping through the night! 🎉 Mom has also noticed improvements in her mood, making this an incredible win for the whole family.
