What a wonderful night celebrating Evergreen’s 13th year 💚🌲

We are so deeply grateful for the amazing team and beautiful collective of healers who make Evergreen what it is. From our incredible mental health therapists, behind-the-scenes staff, and yoga teachers to our energy healers, massage therapists, and wellness practitioners, each of you brings something truly special to our community.

Thirteen years of Evergreen is 13 years of connection, healing, growth, love, and community. We couldn’t have done it without everyone who has walked through our doors, shared their gifts, supported one another, and helped Evergreen continue to grow.

We were also super excited to celebrate with April G***t of Essential Acupuncture, LLC, who will be joining Evergreen this October to offer acupuncture services! We are so happy to welcome April to the Evergreen family and look forward to sharing her healing work with our community.

Here’s to 13 amazing years — and to all that’s still ahead!

So grateful for this beautiful team and collective. We truly are better together. 🫶

I couldn’t be more proud of my childhood best friend, Alicia. We met as kids at summer camp, then went on to the same middle school, high school, and even the same college. Watching someone you’ve known for most of your life continue to grow, pursue her dreams, and see them become reality is truly inspiring.

Alicia recently earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation and has also released her newest workbook, The Busy Woman’s Blueprint.

If you’re a busy woman who feels like you’re constantly taking care of everyone else while putting yourself last, was created for you. It is filled with practical tools, mindset shifts, and exercises designed to help women move from overwhelm to sustainable balance and growth—without needing a complete life overhaul.

Alicia is also currently looking for a few coaching clients and corporate partners who are ready to invest in personal and professional development, leadership growth, resilience, and well-being.

She is one of the most grounded, supportive, and hardworking people I know. As a mom of three, wife, sister, aunt, daughter, friend, coach, and author, she brings so much love and intention to everything she does. I feel so lucky and proud to have her in my life ❤️

I included these pictures because they perfectly capture who she is. They are from a recent girls’ vacation with friends who have grown alongside one another through so many stages of life. The picture of Alicia working on her book during that same trip is such a reflection of her dedication and passion. Even while taking time to enjoy life, make memories, and be present with the people she loves, she was still pouring her heart into something she believed so strongly in 🫶🏻

✨ Evergreen Turned 13 ✨

On July 1st, Evergreen turned 13.

When I started Evergreen 13 years ago, it wasn’t a leap of faith for me—it felt like a calling. From the very beginning, I believed Evergreen was meant to be. I didn’t know exactly what it would become, but I knew I wanted to create a space where people could feel supported, understood, and empowered in their healing.

This milestone has me reflecting on how far Evergreen has come and feeling deeply grateful for everyone who has been part of the journey.

What began as a small counseling practice has become a community dedicated to mental health and holistic wellness, offering mental health counseling, yoga, massage therapy, Reiki, events & workshops, and so much more.

There have been beautiful seasons of growth, connection, and celebration. There have also been seasons of uncertainty, challenge, and change. Running a small business centered around helping others is incredibly rewarding, but it also comes with moments of responsibility, vulnerability, and lessons along the way. Through every season, I’ve been reminded of why Evergreen exists and why this work matters.

I’ve always felt that Evergreen was meant to evolve and grow, and this year’s milestone feels especially meaningful. In many spiritual traditions, the number 13 represents transformation, renewal, and new beginnings. It reminds me that healing is not about staying the same—it’s about honoring each season, embracing change, and continuing to grow into who we are meant to become.

To every person who has trusted us with your story, every therapist, instructor, practitioner, healer, and team member who has shared your gifts, and everyone who has supported Evergreen along the way—thank you. You have helped shape Evergreen into the community it is today.

I am so grateful for this journey and excited for all that is still to come. 🌿

Our last Yoga at the Patio event completely sold out, and we had such a wonderful time together enjoying yoga in the sunshine, refreshing drinks, delicious food, and great company afterward. If you’ve been thinking about joining us, don’t wait too long to reserve your spot!

We are so excited to officially announce that Enadia Elvidge is now a staff member of the Evergreen Counseling & Wellness therapy team! 💚

Enadia recently completed her internship with Evergreen and graduated from her Post-Master’s program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Alongside continuing her work as an elementary school counselor, she will also remain at Evergreen seeing clients part-time while working toward her clinical licensure 🌲

Enadia works with children, teens, and young adults and is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel truly seen and heard. Her strengths-based approach focuses on helping clients build confidence, develop coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges with compassion and resilience 💪🏻

We are so happy she’s staying part of the Evergreen family! When she’s not supporting students and clients, Enadia also serves as a board member and volunteer coordinator for and works at . Her commitment to serving and uplifting her community shines through in everything she does, and we are so grateful to have her on our team ✨

The weather was perfect and we had such a great turnout — we were completely sold out! Thank you to everyone who came out and spent part of your Sunday with us — it was really such a special afternoon 🪷

The refreshing drinks were perfect after yoga in the sun, and the food from the food truck hit the spot. 🍹🦀🍟

🌿 Introducing Nick Wall, LPC 🌿

We’re excited to welcome our newest mental health counselor Nick Wall to the Evergreen team!

If you’re struggling, you’re not alone—and you don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Taking that first step is often the hardest part, and it matters.

Nick works with teens (12+), young adults, adults, and couples, offering a grounded, supportive space that’s collaborative and human. His approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, drawing from CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness—always tailored to meet you where you are.

He has experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, executive functioning challenges, developmental and neurological differences, and life transitions. He especially enjoys working with adolescents and men.

Therapy with Nick is a space for openness, growth, and practical support—guided by your needs and built on warmth, honesty, and connection.
