Despite caring for many patients throughout the night, Margaret never made my wife feel like she was 'just another patient.' She responded promptly every time my wife called for assistance. Rather than rushing through tasks, she explained what she was doing, why it was important, and reassured my wife that what she was experiencing was normal. Her calm demeanor eased my wife's anxiety and gave her the confidence to participate in her recovery.
Margaret kept me informed, answered every question with patience and kindness, and treated my wife with dignity and genuine respect.
