Hello! We will be open Monday through Thursday this week from July 29th-July 2nd from 8 to 5 P.M. Barbie Dearman FNP will be available for any urgent needs through her clinic number while away from July 3 through 7th. Staff will be available on Monday, July 6th, for refills, appointments, supplement pick up, and any other needs. Happy 4th!!! Stay safe!!

Hello Clinic Fam,
We will be taking a staff day June 25, 2026. Staff will not be available so please get all refill requests and any scheduling changes in by 5:00PM Wednesday. Please call 601-255-5425 directly for these requests. Messages that come in on Thursday will be returned the following day, Friday June 26th after 8:00 AM and staff will be available for scheduling, refills, and questions at that time. If any urgent issue arises, please call Barbie Dearman, medical provider, directly on her private patient line. If you do not reach her, please leave a detailed voicemail and she will return the call within 15-20 minutes. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Hello!

I will be away for a conference this week Tues Nov 11-Nov 14, will not be back in town until Nov. 16th. During the days Nov 11-14, I will be limited on phone visits/texting during the day. Any emergent situation will need to be seen by a local Urgent Care clinic while I am out of town. All other inquiries can be assessed by texting or Telehealth if necessary. Karea will be available to discuss any urgent or acute issues and will be in contact with me during these days. Please message or call her directly- Charity and Claudia will be available for scheduling, general questions, and supplement orders or pick-ups.

The office will be open Monday-Thursday 8-5pm for supplement pick-up if needed during this time. Please remember that most primary care situations can be treated by Telehealth unless the patient is unstable, or a procedure is indicated. If anyone is needing a controlled substance medication refilled, be sure to contact me for any controlled medication refills-this includes ADD, Anxiety, Weight loss meds, and Acute Pain meds. I will be able check my messages between breaks in my conference.

Please notify me as soon as possible. A reminder that all messages received after 5PM will be seen the following day after 8AM and after patient care has been completed. Please don’t hesitate to call me for any issues while I am away.

Bittersweet day…moving from our first clinic home to a new clinic location. So thankful for the many blessings God has given us through the last 6 years at 6798 US Hwy 98. Headed to Bellegrass business subdivision for our new adventure!! Thankful for all who have supported us through the years. Be in prayer with us!!
