🧠👀 Vision happens in the BRAIN, not just the eyes!

This study found lower long-term success after strabismus treatment in children with perinatal brain injury. “Success” was defined as an eye turn of 10 prism diopters or less, meaning the eye was cosmetically much straighter, not necessarily that vision was functioning normally.

This highlights why vision therapy is so powerful: we’re training the brain, not just the eyes! 🧠✨

We’ve had so many questions about our FREE Vision & Learning Screeners, so here’s what you can expect!

✔️ Your screening will be performed by one of our trained vision therapists or technicians.
✔️ It takes just 10–15 minutes.
✔️ The screening includes a series of quick tests designed to identify potential vision or visual processing concerns.
✔️ It’s a great way to determine whether everything appears to be on track or if a more comprehensive evaluation may be beneficial.

While this is not a full eye exam, it’s an excellent first step in determining if additional testing is recommended.
