After multiple breast surgeries with another practice, this 39 year old mom still did not have the results she wanted. She originally had breast augmentation, but afterwards felt that the implants were too large for her frame. She decided to have the implants removed and have a breast lift performed, which reshapes the remaining tissue to prevent a sagging or deflated appearance.

Unfortunately, her results after her implant removal and breast lift still weren’t what she was hoping for. She came to Dr. Adam Franklin feeling that her ni***es were too high, saying they sometimes poked out of her swimsuit tops. She also felt that she looked deflated, despite the breast lift. She wanted to restore volume and achieve a better ni**le position.

Dr. Franklin performed a Bilateral Modified Lower Pole Mastopexy Revision and Inframammary Fold Reconstruction. This is a corrective surgery that reshapes the lower breast tissue and surgically redefines the crease where the breast meets the chest wall. He then placed Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch® silicone implants in each breast, choosing a moderate profile shape and using 275cc for the right breast and 330cc for the left.

After having 3 children, this 33 year old came to Dr. Adam Franklin to discuss recreating her breast fullness and shape. She had experienced loss of fullness in the upper portion of the breasts and was seeing asymmetry in their shape and ni**le positions.

She and Dr. Franklin discussed options for both augmentation and mastopexy (a breast lift), a combination that fully addresses breast size and shape. After determining that having slight ni**le asymmetry did not bother her, they determined that she could achieve her desired results with just augmentation.

Dr. Franklin used the dual plane technique (half under the muscle) to place full profile, 415cc Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch implants. Using the full profile implant with the placement technique halfway under the pectoral muscle created upper fullness and gave her the overall shape she was looking for. 4 months after surgery, she is recovering well and seeing beautiful results!

This 32-year-old female came to Dr. Rick Pecunia wanting to reduce the fullness in her neck area and have a more defined neck and jawline. After reviewing treatment options, they scheduled her for a liposuction procedure, where Dr. Pecunia would remove the excess fatty tissue under her chin, creating the definition she was looking for.

During the procedure, 3 small incisions were made – 1 behind each ear and 1 under the chin. Afterwards, she was able to return to work in just a couple of days, and the photos show her results after 6 weeks.
