Here’s a motivational post for all my mommas. My freshly postpartum mommas, my I’m done having babies mommas, my pregnant mommas and everyone in between. It’s okay to hit the gym and use the “girly” weights. It’s okay to just pull down a yoga mat and a Pilates ball and only do beginner core work and pelvic floor exercises. It’s okay to start at the beginning. So head to tj maxx and buy yourself a cute workout outfit to help with the motivation and start moving your body.
