Being prepared can make all the difference in an emergency.

Our Mason County EMS team at Mason District Hospital recently hosted a free Babysitter CPR and First Aid class as a community benefit, helping individuals build confidence in responding to unexpected situations.

Participants practiced CPR, learned basic first aid skills, and walked through how to respond to common emergencies. These hands-on moments help turn uncertainty into action when it matters most.

We appreciate our Mason County EMS team for sharing their time and expertise. Special thanks to Jen Duckwiler (EMT), Chris Hallmark (EMT), Jeremy Hafliger (Paramedic), Arianna Worner (Paramedic), and Jodie Foutch (Paramedic/Educator) for leading and supporting the class.
