The Center has a few Pregnancy Ultrasound appointments left for the month of June and is now accepting appointments for July, every Tuesday afternoon, a Wednesday afternoon, and a Saturday morning.
Pregnancy Ultrasounds are provided between the pregnancy weeks of 7 and 18 and are provided at no cost. It is also an opportunity to come into the Center and see all the services we provide at no cost.

Jesus reminds us that we were not only created but we were created to enjoy life. It is unfortunate that often life can rob that joy from us, but we can gain it back if we understand what causes us stress:
-often we find ourselves thinking about and focusing on problems and tasks
-it then makes sense that most of the time we are stressed, frustrated, and depressed
-we have to change that and start to practice focusing on positive things, making it a habit to give thanks instead of complain, find solutions instead of focusing on the problem
-this mindset change will then result in us learning to enjoy life
Helping us to realize the abundant life Christ promises…

Pregnancy Ultrasounds. The Center has a few pregnancy ultrasound appointments available in June. They are provided at no cost for pregnancies between 7 and 18 weeks. Call the Center Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 10 am to 4 pm to schedule. Please pass this opportunity on to others you believe could benefit.

The Center has plenty of Ge**er baby foods for any who has need. Just come into the Center Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 10 am to 4 pm and Saturday 10 am to noon. Please share this with any you know who might be blessed with this as well

The Center is now partnering with a fitness expert to provide 'Self-Defense training'. She is able to modify her instruction and sessions for those during pregnancy as well. Contact the Center 252-444-4772 or email at [email protected] if interested for more information

The Center has a few open spots for its next Cooking Class which starts next Thursday evening the 28th of May. It is 4 classes learning to cook with an Instapot, fellowship, and sharing the meal you learn to cook.
At the end of the classes all participants receive a free Instapot. Class is open to anyone pregnant or with children up to 2 years of age.
