We are proud to be one of the few locations in Westchester County that accepts both private pay funds and Medicaid for

eligible individuals, helping to make sure that quality services are available regardless of your financial history. We believe that physical and/or mental health disabilities should not mean your life should be limited. As such, we do our best to support our residents needs in any means possible. We provide our residents with a number of services, including but not limited to, room & board, medication management, personal care services, housekeeping, laundry, case management, transportation coordination, and full meal services designed by a registered dietician. 🇯🇲🌴 Today we took a virtual trip to the beautiful island of Jamaica! Our residents explored the sights, sounds, culture, and flavors of Jamaica, all without leaving home! ✈️☀️ We enjoyed delicious Jamaican beef patties, sipped on refreshing Jamaican soft drinks, and got creative making our own beautiful jewelry

With heavy hearts, we remember our beloved Kitchen Manager, Chef Patrick McIntosh. For nearly 7 years, he served Crestview Manor with kindness, dedication, and a heart full of love. He was more than a coworker, he was family. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered. Rest peacefully, Chef Patrick. ❤️🕊️

🏀🧡 Knicks spirit was in full effect today! Our residents enjoyed an amazing Knicks Party filled with delicious pizza 🍕, sweet cupcakes 🧁, lots of laughs, and great company. From cheering on our favorite team to making unforgettable memories, it was a slam dunk of a day! 💙🧡
