Beginning July 1st, all current Blooming Prairie Healing Arts clients will begin receiving a monthly newsletter filled with wellness tips, nervous system education, seasonal inspiration, studio updates, and a free guided meditation recorded by me each month.

An idea came to me the other day between clients and I made this silly reel - never thinking in a million years it would get over 33,000 views on Instagram. The coolest part was getting some messages from other therapists all over the country! Just a great reminder of the value of authenticity, humor, and never taking yourself too seriously. (some of these are obviously exaggerated for laughs) 🥴
